Solstice Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company has assembled a tenement holding covering approximately 2,200 square kilometers (km2) over three project areas in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia (WA). Its projects include Yarri Project, Nanadie Project, Kalgoorlie Project and Ponton Project. The Yarri Project has over 1,650 km2 and covers prime gold exploration terrain around the Keith-Kilkenny Tectonic Zone (KKTZ) and the Laverton Tectonic Zone (LTZ). The Nanadie Copper-Gold Project is located 95km south-east of Meekatharra in the Murchison District, WA. It comprises granted licenses M51/887, E51/1040, E51/1987, and L51/124 and covers 130 km2. The Ringlock Project is located just 80 km north-northwest of Kalgoorlie and covers three nickel sulfide prospects: Ringlock, GSP and Mt Jewell. The Ponton project covers under-explored geophysical targets below transported cover and gold geochemical anomalism awaiting first-pass drilling.
