Sinclair Gold Ltd, formerly Alicanto Minerals Limited, is an Australia-based gold exploration and development company focused on Mt Henry Gold Project. The Mt Henry Gold Project is located approximately 20 kilometers (km) south of Norseman and 220km south of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields. The Project sits within a 16km mineralized corridor containing a JORC (2012) Mineral Resource. Selene Gold Deposit is a deposit within the Mt Henry Gold Project and hosts more than 70% of the Mineral Resource. Selene Gold Deposit is a continuous gold system hosted within the same mineralized BIF horizon that extends across the broader 16 km mineralized corridor. North Scotia Deposit is a high-grade gold deposit located within the broader Mt Henry Gold Project area. The Company also has an interest in tenements in Sweden’s highly regarded mining region of Bergslagen, including the Falun copper-gold and polymetallic skarn project and the historic Sala silver zinc-lead Project.
