The Company is principally engaged in the development of the Rhyolite Ridge lithium-boron deposit in the state of Nevada, United States of America. The Company’s Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, situated in the Silver Peak Range, part of the larger geo-physiographic Basin and Range Province of western Nevada. Rhyolite Ridge is approximately 14 miles northeast of Dyer, Nevada. It is 65 miles southwest of Tonopah, Nevada, 215 miles from Reno, and 255 miles from Las Vegas. The Company operates through two segments: North America and Australia.
